Offer terms and restrictions

* Offer valid for new Payzerware Enterprise customers in the United States who are approved and open an account between January 1, 2024 and March 31, 2024. The value of the credit will be calculated as $0.05 per gallon of gasoline and diesel fuel purchased using your fuel card issued by WEX beginning on the first day of the month following sign up in Payzerware Enterprise and continuing through December 31, 2024, up to a maximum of $250.00 per quarter per Payzerware account ($1,000 total in 2024). The credit will be applied by Payzer, LLC to your Payzer invoice in the month following the end of each calendar quarter (April, July, and October 2024, and January 2025) and is earned when balances due are timely paid pursuant to the terms and conditions of your account agreement. To be eligible for the credit, you must remain a Payzerware Enterprise customer in good standing and a fuel card issued by WEX customer in good standing as of the end of the calendar quarter period; accounts closed prior to the end of the calendar quarter will not be eligible to receive the credit. As set forth in your WEX Bank Business Account Agreement, you understand that WEX Bank may share data to confirm eligibility and assist with the credit calculation. Use of Payzerware Enterprise is subject to the terms of the Software Licensing and Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”). Payzer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer upon prior written notice, consistent with the Agreement.
